Nailed it! Commodore 64 mini keycaps.

Good enough to eat!

CAD is final now! The keycaps fit perfectly . They latch on with a push and can be removed!

I wouldn’t recommend making it a regular thing to remove though as the switches aren’t intended to be forced outwards, so some care will be needed. Saying that though, I’ve removed and replaced a few without issues, just gotta take care.

Looks good!

Next steps now are optimising the process.

Supports need better placement around the edges of the keycaps to reduce the slight warping.

Need to reduce the consumables used and disposables also

Then perfect the post processing – what happens when the print is complete

Then the final packaging

Then make the stock

Then sell!

Still on track for early March Delivery! 3L of resin is on its way to me soon ready to be dyed nice brown
